The rules for using HourlyPal.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using HourlyPal, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use HourlyPal.

Marketplace role

HourlyPal provides a marketplace that helps Clients and Pals connect for hourly services. Pals are independent users responsible for the services they offer. HourlyPal is not a party to every offline interaction between users and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
• You may not create accounts for deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes.
• Pals may be required to complete verification or background check steps before their profile is visible.

Bookings and payments

HourlyPal may allow users to request, accept, manage, or cancel bookings. Subscription billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds, cancellations, and subscription management may be subject to Apple or Google policies as applicable.

User content

You are responsible for profile details, photos, messages, reviews, service descriptions, and other content you submit. You may not post content that is false, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, infringing, or unsafe.

Private messaging

Alias messaging is provided to support privacy and booking coordination. Users may not use messaging to harass, threaten, spam, evade platform rules, or request unsafe or unlawful services.

Prohibited conduct

• Misrepresenting identity, skills, services, background, rates, or availability.
• Using HourlyPal for illegal, harmful, exploitative, discriminatory, or unsafe activity.
• Attempting to bypass subscriptions, verification, safety tools, or platform protections.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, attacking, or interfering with HourlyPal systems.

Safety and enforcement

HourlyPal may review, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts or content if we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk, or misused the service. We may cooperate with law enforcement or regulators when appropriate.

Disclaimers

HourlyPal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every user interaction will meet your expectations.
