Delete Your HourlyPal Account

You can permanently delete your HourlyPal account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete From the App

  1. Open the HourlyPal app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your sign-in credentials, profile information, including name, alias, contact details, photos, bio, services, and availability, device notification tokens, and blocks/preferences. It cannot be undone.

Can't Access the App?

Email support@hourlypal.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account," and we will process the deletion for you within 30 days.

A Note About Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Those are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel first: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
